I was lied to over the phone. I was told my car was covered by the warranty but it was not. I expected a diagnosis would take about 5 minutes but I had to wait all day. And the total repair cost would be over $2,000

I had a 7:40 A. M. Appointment for keyless transmitter activation that I purchased from your parts department. This should have been been done in 10 minutes. I think it was unacceptable to not get it done until 9:10 A. M. Should have been been done by no longer than 8:00 A. M. That’s the reason I made an appointment, so I can get to work!! NOT HAPPY!!
