Jacob didn’t greet me or listen to my concerns like other service reps. The person who checked me out with great service was Ivette. She and others are much nicer. And one last thing, I made an appointment for A1 service which took a little longer than 2 hours.

Ivette was awesome, unhappy about the mechanics comments and pricing. The mechanic made me wait over an hour for a simple fuse problem and couldn’t fix it. He said he would have to take apart the dash board which would cost $650 just to be able to find the problem....
Being really upset I left Honda and took my car to a random shop in Santa Ana California... the man fixed my car in 5 mins for $10
Really upset you mechanic wanted to breakdown the entire car and charge me close to 1 thousand dollars for such a simple job I don’t think I can ever go back to Honda again I don’t think your mechanics know their stuff!
