I received the best customer service at Infiniti dealership on my last visit. Edwin at Cerritos Infiniti was my assigned service representative and he is awesome. First off I was greeted by everyone that assisted me. Edwin even remembered me from my last service. He was friendly, great customer service and communication was amazing. He kept me abreast of the stays if my vehicle and ensured all my needs and questions were answered. He resolved a problem I had by taking the iniative to speak with his manager. I appreciate the great customer service from Edwin. My experience keeps me coming to Cerritos Infiniti.

I’ve been working with Joe Huynh for years and he’s the reason I keep coming back. He’s honest, knows his stuff and always goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of - you don’t find a lot of folks with that dedication to customer service and it really stands out. I’ve recommended many people to the dealership because of him. On my visit a few weeks ago, I learned he got promoted - super happy for him and it’s well-deserved!
This time around Joe and Christopher Silva worked with me. Really my first time working with Christopher and he was great. Very kind and in much the same way as Joe, making sure that everything was taken care of. I’ve had the odd need to go to another dealership and each time I do, I’m reminded of the reason I’m willing to drive to West Covina - Joe and team.
I used to live in Brea, now I live in Irvine and I still make the drive because I don’t need to go anywhere else, I’ve found the right team and I’m grateful for all they do!
