I like how Mariela Valdez told me all the information and make sure to repaired everything my car was going to get serviced. The recall that was done on my car wasn’t done correctly. I had to take it back he same day. I called before going in explaining the problems that I was having and they said they would look at it. Then when I arrived I as told that they needed to do the recall all over again on Monday since Sunday you guys are closed. This puts me at a huge inconvenience because I work on Monday and I’m six months pregnant. I’m very dissatisfied with the service that was provided.

I had Gray multiple times when I brought my car in to be serviced. He is very polite and is always on top of his game. He never tries to sell me on doing more to my car than the service I need. He is very straightforward when explaining the work and what they needed to do. He is the reason I keep coming back instead of going to a different Hyundai.
