I’ve taken the vehicle twice for the same problems including video proof and all I have been told is that they need to replicate the problems while they have the vehicle. Driving 23 miles in 2 weeks hardly applies as regular driving to put vehicle in the same driving conditions to try to replicate and the my question still applies, after you replicate the problem then what? You can’t figure a solution with codes showing and video proof showing the problems, what is replication going to fix……
