This is a 2-year new car. I was told that I would need to pay for over $1,000 for a routine car maintenance. I feel the price is really ridiculous. Thank you very much for your attention. I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, in a line of cars, just to be able to hand over my car and keys. Why not have a vallet service to avoid cranky customers by the time they get to the front of the line? Otherwise where is the value in offering appointments? Thanks for listening!

Eduardo was extremely professional and made up for all mishaps and lack of communication with Rudy. Rudy really fumbled this one and Eduardo picked up the ball and scored. Not only was he extremely communicative but he also made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what the timeline would be. An issue that initially took almost 3 months to resolve through Rudy took Eduardo less than 5 business days. Love the service!

Honda could have replaced my infotainment screen while it was still in warranty, but did a system reset instead, which only temporarily fixed the problem. The problem got worse again and when I returned for a diagnosis the warranty was over. With electronic issues such as this, there should be a lifetime warranty because there is nothing to wear out. That is, it was a poorly manufactured item and Honda should’ve taken responsibility for it. After purchasing three Accords, I’m afraid my next car will most likely be from a different manufacturer.
