I was at shop before 10am and and got out almost 5 pm when over the phone they told me that it would only take 4-5 hours after (4 hours of labor) 3 times I kept asking where was my car?? so I don’t think that I want to go back to your dealer ????‍????????

I just reread your answer to my question about whether or not you clean the fuel system before installing new injectors and charging $1300 plus to do so just to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding your answer. As I understand it you are saying that you do not clean the whole system including the throttle body before installing new injectors. All I can say to that is WOW that is the most irresponsible thing I have heard in a long time. You are insuring problems down the road by not doing that. It is unbelievable that you dont and I am astonished. I guess I shouldn't have assumed that it was done correctly. I wasn't even offered the cleaning at the time. Probably because I would have had a similar response. I have bought my last 2 cars from Norm Reeves and unfortunately my mother just bought a brand new fully loaded CRV from you largely because of my confidence in you. I no longer have that confidence and though $130,000 in sales and probably $8,000 in maintenance probably doesn't mean much to you. I wont spend another dime at your establishment and will warn anyone who asks about this. So thanks for making it clear my worth to your business. I will be contacting anyone and everyone I can think of in your organization to let them know how deeply unsatisfied I feel. I question everything I have had done there and it makes me sick
