Bolt holding brake caliper was missing. I believe they did not tighten it enough causing it to fall. The caliper was grinding the inside of the wheel. This could have caused serious injury or death.

As always, I had a long list of things that I need to do to fix my car. I called to follow up and to get my car worked on to make sure that the part was in stock and could not get any callbacks or responses. This place seems like they are more interested in buying cars Way cheap instead of actually fixing them. I honestly am not sure if I can trust this facility with its complete lack of professionalism.
