I waited over two weeks for a part to arrive for my trunk. Nobody called me to let me know the part came in. I had my appointment today and the trunk was not fixed because they needed to order more parts for it which should have been ordered the first time. I also asked to have my filters checked and when I picked up my car they did not inform me of how the filters looked or any upcoming maintenance that I should be aware of. I called to ask about it and left a voicemail around 3pm. Nobody returned my call.
I usually do my services at Weir Canyon Honda in Yorba Linda and my experience there is much better than Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach.

When my car was returned after oil change, there were fresh scratches on my back driver side bumper. I brought it to the attention of the girl who drove my car out. Her response tome was you need to talk to your attendant. I did and was told she would look at the cameras. She then came back and said the manager would look at the cameras on Monday. I had her document it . I expect to hear from someone.
