Joshua went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was taken care of . This was the first time I have ever received great customer service from Honda and I’m so happy because before he helped me out I was getting ready to sell my car because of all the other bad experiences and bad customer service with other Honda dealer. Thanks to Joshua That changed, and I don’t mind driving 40 minutes to make sure my car gets the right service and I get good customer service. Unfortunately, some of the items that were supposed to be checked during the service appt. were not checked. I inquired about this when I went to pick up the car and had to wait longer than expected. Then when they checked one of the issues which was the interior light bulb that was not working whoever checked it left grease marks on the ceiling interior. I have photos to show how careless they were and the grease stains that remain on the ceiling.
