This was probably the best experience I have had at a Honda Service Center of all my encounters. It is definitely memorable and a standard he set.
From the greetings which felt very welcoming, keeping me informed about the progress of the services on my car, and treating me like a the dealership valued me as a customer, I say Mr. Jose Villegas Martinez was Outstanding and represented Honda as a whole in an exemplary manner. As an organization, you should be proud of him.

I Waited for about 15 minutes till service person came out and then they tell me that I could just write the envelope of what kind of service I need it since I have an appointment. Then I don’t get a phone call to the following day. You guys just have bad customer service I keep on going over there because I have no choice I wish I had another dealership near By.
