He was very patient with me. He caught me at the end of a long week so when he called to explain what needed to be done on my car he had to explain it to me a couple of times because I was exhausted. It was stated on my paper work that the tire pressure was checked and set at 32psi. In actuality, they are at 35-36psi. Did they really check the tires?
