Gee, I miss Angela.!! How do I reestablish my Xmas radio & compass? Will someone come to my home 40 miles round trip ????????????????

High quality customer service is not always easy to encounter. My experience with Christian today was pleasant and courteous with attention to detail and thorough answers to my questions. The work was performed promptly and finished well in advance of estimates. I would also like to include Danielle Wagner who also was extremely pleasant while Christian was attending to me.

Mr. Rodriguez seems to know the problem I was having with my CRV and efficiently fixed it.

Took my car in for fuel pump recall with 11 miles range for gas and a complaint of new whiny noise when on gas after 3k rpm when gently accelerating or tapping the throttle. First person driving the car, said "tell him it's not a race car" before disconnecting my dash cam. This car is my daily, I'm aware it's not a race car. After the recall was completed. Another tech took the car out for what I call a joy ride. He was on the phone with somebody while flooring the car from 1st to 3rd shouting "whoa did you hear the turbo?!" Then he says, "watch I'm going to take a dope turn". He proceeds to say that the car is out of gas while still downshifting and gunning the car while slaloming side to side on a residential street. He was saying the car has "20 inch wheels, brembo brakes". All of this has nothing to do with why I brought the car in. After the slalom, he takes a hard right turn onto Azusa then guns it in the wrong gear while the car struggles to pick up speed. I've had problems with previous service here as well but never thought someone will mistreat a customer's car without prior permission. Especially since it's not a "race car". Some staff members here appear to be immature and lack any respect for other people's property.
