Sandra is very friendly and knowledgeable. She asked my all questions my. Sandra told me my car should be ready in 2 hrs but she would call me to confirm so I wouldn’t have to be dropped off and wait if my car wasn’t ready. She called me before 2 hrs were up to tell me my car for ready. Prior to that she told me the price fir my answer. No hidden price. Acto was extremely happy with Sandra. Sandra has a very warm and caring personality to make sure the customer is happy. I hope I continue to have Sandra as my Service Adviser.
