Center console was scratched with what looks like clipboard, computer or whatever is used to check car with. Can’t believe service team is not more careful with these things. This was first time servicing my new car with 5k miles and don’t think I will be coming back here.

I had an appointment at 940 AM, I waited 25 minutes, I saw 5 employees walked around without doing anything, no one acknowledged me. I asked someone that I needed to go to work, he took my phone number and I left my car. I missed two calls, I called the service department who said someone would call me again. Transferred me to supervisor twice who did not answer. I never got a call again. I received a text that my car was ready. Overall, your service department had a lot of employees who were talking and walking around in front of me, ignored me and made me wait. I don’t think I want to experience this again.

Bryan was fabulous. What occurred had nothing to do with him. We were quoted a price for the transmission fluid change. I verified with the service dept employee to make sure he gave us the correct price because I was quoted a higher price before. He confirmed it was around $176. Come to find out he wasn’t correct. If I would have know the price was that much more I wouldn’t have come in yet. Seeing as this was one of my main reasons for coming in and I had to take time off work I couldn’t leave without the work done. The manager only gave me 20% off of the labor for their mess up. I really question if I will continue to service my Honda’s at Honda dealerships.

Matthew quickly and effectively resolved a scheduling issue with the appointment I made on your website. He moved my car into queue and the service was performed as I had hoped. He also agreed to replace the battery in one of our fobs that I could not do. Matthew was a delight to work with and a good representative of the Honda brand.
