Did not take care of BOTH recalls the first time we took our CRV in. Now the registration tags are overdue and the DMV is sending us letters about the car being put on PNO which means it could be impounded if driven. We took the paperwork in today and not only did Honda say it’ll take 90 days to process the paperwork… but they wanted to charge my wife $300+ for maintenance on a car that she can’t technically drive because Honda didn’t properly handle the recall weeks ago. I have never experienced this level of incompetence from a car company before and once I sell this defective CRV my family and I will not be purchasing from Honda ever again. I had to pay an extra $200+ dollars for the registration as well since Honda didn’t have parts for the recall during the time the tags were due, and for some reason, the DMV did not accept the payment until the FIRST recall was handled.

I schedule with you to have to have my transmission serviced. I called previously and spoke with a lady and asked her what the cost is for for draining and refilling my transmission on my Honda 2018 accord (2.0) and she said it $139. I had a coupon ($10.00 dollars off) when I came in Chris said it was gonna cost $139. As it was being serviced Christopher came back said he was going to be $186 because it was a bigger motor. He going charge more for 1 extra quart of fluid. I just didn’t understand how you can say one cost and change the cost once the service is being performed. Your people should know the cost of a service. I purchase my car from you guys.
