The whole point of this service was to fix my AC and it wasn’t even looked at…
I ordered a repair because my air conditioner was not working. The day before my service I added on an oil change. When I got to the dealership, Jacob discussed the process for the AC repair and if it was the condenser, it would be covered under warranty, but if it was something else, it wouldn’t be. Jacob later called me to pick up my car, which I did and on the way home found that my AC wasn’t working. It’s not even on the paperwork. I just called to inquire about it and it looks like it wasn’t even looked at. I am incredibly disappointed because I needed my AC fixed before this weekend and took time out of my work day. Now I have to come back, which I’m not going to be able to for another week.

Not happy with your owners decision not to wash the car after service! I paid $60 for a simple cabin filter, which is a $10 item. It you want to charge a premium price, don’t skimp on washing cars!
I will be going to my local auto repair shop, given the above. Very disappointing of your owners decision, bad business.
