I was not acknowledged and there was no customer service provided. The representative that helped me, Bryan, was not helpful and rude; he had no customer service skills. He made me feel like he was doing a favor for me. Since Day 1 of owning my Honda vehicle I have been bringing it to this location to get it serviced.
If you would ask me from 1 to 10 how satisfied I would be with today’s service I would rate their representative a 0.5/10.

I was not pleased at the fact that I had an appt at 8 and it took over 2hrs for them to simply change my battery! I left almost at 11 .. i had my 2yr old daughter which made it harder to keep still.. didn’t think it would take that long since my husband is a mechanic himself! Did even get a complimentary car wash either!
