Two incorrect add ons were put on to my car. The repel was supposed to be put onto both interior and exterior of car. We believe that it never was clearly noticeable as the car was dirty on the outside still with bugs from prior driving on the highway and other little marks here and there. We also got our car back a day later than promised.

Over the phone I booked an appointment and only requested two services that would go with a coupon I had. I then had my sister drop my car off, knowing well she did not know the full details, that person added on extra maintenance I did not request for, charging my sister more then I had scheduled for. They told her that it needed to be done and part of the regular services, even though I had clearly confirmed my request over the phone. Very Disappointed and plan to call up to complain.

I’m disappointed that the air conditioner does not work in my brand new Honda accord. I’ve had to bring it in twice to have it fixed. The second time, which was today, I was told I need to come back because the dealer needs to order a new condenser for the air conditioner. It’s all really inconvenient considering it’s such a new car from a traditionally very reliable auto maker.
