I came in for an appointment I had scheduled over the phone. Although when Lilia looked me up in the system, it didn’t show me as scheduled she was still able to put me in and luckily found the parts that I had already ordered for the service. She was helpful and efficient. I received notification of when my car was ready and my ride from and to the dealership was taken care of. Overall a great experience.

From the moment I arrived and spoke with Christopher Gutierrez I felt frustrated that he was dismissive and did not understand or acknowledge the reason I made the appointment to check why the battery was completely drained after 2-3 days of not driving and this happened twice in the last month. I gave him the benefit of doubt and agreed to wait while the car was checked. After 45 minutes Christopher came back and said the battery was fine although I told him it was replaced only 1 week ago. He said that was all he could do and if it happened again to bring the car back. After no resolution and feeling frustrated I requested to speak with his supervisor. Joseph Huynh allowed me to explain the situation in his office. Joseph was a great listener, professional and understood my concerns. He explained the possible reasons as to why the battery could be draining and had further testing of the electrical system done while I continued to wait. He then took the time to explain the findings and that indeed something was drawing a higher than normal current while the car was off. He stated that it would be a 2-3 day process to diagnose the exact source and we made an appointment for further service in the near future. I was very grateful for the time and care that Joseph spent with me and feel that he resolved the issue as best possible for today.
