It took months to get my car fixed because for some reason the mechanics were unable to identify the underbody trim panel that needed to be replaced. After the fact I checked the documentation available on Erwin and I am puzzled how it was impossible to not knowing what part was needed right away. Anyway, my service advisor was great and kept me informed and gave me a slight discount on the labor and part cost.
