My circumstances resulted in my, unwillingly, being very annoying having to call him back several times, interrupting him to come back to answer questions and each and every time he GRACIOUSLY attended me, kindly and patiently representing your service department SUPERBLY. If I can I would love to have him as MY service advisor EACH & EVERY time because I doubt seriously that anyone else could attend to me that way. He raised the bar!
