Service advisor sounded like a complete idiot. Told me that Gravity was causing problems with my Oil Pump, then talked about needing to change the Spark Plugs, before switching gears completely and talking about replacing the timing chain. I've been going here for decades, but maybe it's time to find a new shop top service my vehicle. I've purchased several cars and always used you for service. Too bad...

I made an appointment for 1:00pm. I showed up promptly at 1:00pm. No one was there to check me in. I waited a few minutes and flagged someone down who tagged my car with a time stamp and number. That’s was around 1:10ish. Then I waited in my car until 1:30 before someone finally came to talk to me about what service I needed. I wasn’t leaving until 1:40! It should not take that long to simply drop off my car when I have an appointment. My assumption was it was lunch hour when I arrived because there were so few people around and then around 1:30 magically there were more people. Why offer an appointment time for 1:00pm if it’s going to be low staffed?? Not pleased.
