Representative was condescending regarding where I have done previous maintenance. Did not appreciate that at all. Never had any issue with any rep prior . Left a voicemail instead of walking into waiting room to look for me like they have in the past. When asked him how the car looked he did not go over the report with me and stated that all the information was on the sheet. Worse experience I’ve had in my 10+ years of bringing in my cars into an Infiniti dealership for service.

Paul flat out lied to me with an update, via phone call that my car
was being washed & will be ready. However; I walked over to the service counter
and saw my car sitting there, baking in the sun. Paul was no where
