This remark has nothing to do with the service I had today but with customer service I got in the parts area was horrible and not friendly and no help I asked about a catalog to see or what the have I can buy for my Ridgeline and the guy told it’s in the other area witch I never found but he also said well you can go online but I know he cal look it up right there but I guess he didn’t want to help me out so I feel that was very poor customer service I don’t know if he profiled me or just didn’t want to help me

Things went better than the first time I used your service. Disappointment was the failure to even acknowledge my return to pick up my car. 5 men in the office, and not one even looked up when I entered the counter area. I had to announce I was there to collect my vehicle. My primary contact, Michael Chacon was not in the area, but he did have my car and paperwork ready when I arrived. He did everything he stated he would do, and was clear in all he stated.
