Cheyne Riggs was very professional and responsive. I was disappointed with the Garden Grove dealership because my car spent close to four months in service but continued to have an oil leak. Cheyne got my car diagnosed in a quickly fashion and alerted me to a workmanship error created by the prior dealership. Unfortunately I had to return to the prior dealership to get the issue fixed. I wish I didn’t have to as the service with Cheyne was superb.

I paid for checking my car. I saw that my transmission oil need to change while I just changed it three weeks ago. I said I need to complain the place that I asked for service. You guys told me that just base on my mileage. That is just simple and quick check, but you still didn’t do it. Air filter just cost $10; you guy charge for more than $60. You guys are so rip-off customer!!!
