First of all, do not contact us any further. Our main concern was the persistent upsell on a little-driven nineteen year old vehicle using scare tactics (oh, look at this picture of a slightly rusted bolt from your undercarriage, maybe you should replace it!)
We never had that similar pressure over the years from the Honda dealer in Escondido. I can guarantee you that's where we'll be going in the future for any further maintenance.

I dropped my car off on Saturday and was told by Tony Logos that I could pick my car up on Sunday because the car would not be ready until around 5min Saturday. So, I came to pick up my car on Sunday and was told by one of the sales associates that his boss said I can’t pick up my car because they are resurfacing the lot and I would need to come back tomorrow. I said that I work on Monday and I need my car. One of the other sales associates came over and only further escalated the situation and gave me additional aggravation that I didn’t need. After finally finally giving me my keys, additional members of the sales team made fun of me for driving out of the lot and told me to “just leave”. I will never feel comfortable doing business at Norm Reeves Huntington Beach again. The sales department needs serious training in customer service. I purchased two cars at this location and have had my cars in service countless times. Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach will get their wish. I will leave and take my money somewhere else.
