I had a awful experience today. I had a 10:20am appointment and was told it would take 2 hours. I checked at 12:30 and they hadn’t even started working on my car. That is not good business. It was there for a routine oil change. I don’t know if I will return for any service there.

Matt was very helpful and accommodating. The young man that drove us home was also very nice. So grateful they dropped the car at my house as my 3 month old was napping! It was hard to figure out where to go when I arrived at the dealership, but maybe I just missed the signs.
