I called twice on Monday and replied to a text sent by your company for service. There was no response until Wednesday. Despite clearly stating the address of my employer to pick up the car, the valet showed up at my house. Because of that I was forced to leave a meeting to meet the valet. According to the text, the car was finished at 12:45. I paid the bill and waited. Several hours went by and I finally called the service department to get more information. The operator told me that Ivan Cruz, the service representative, was not answering his phone or pages. When he finally called back, he was rude, condescending and took a tone that would get me fired if I spoke to a customer in that fashion. I understand that your valets are contracted but that is no reason to take it out on a customer. My car finally arrived at 5:15pm; I sat at work 2 hours past the end of my work day. Besides the car being moderately clean, I got in the car to find personal items stored in the center console strewn over on the passenger seat. I have been a loyal customer since I bought this vehicle. I have been a loyal customer of Norm Reeves since relocating to the area in 2018. Up until now I have been more than satisfied with the service I have received. However, if this is any indication of future business dealings with Norm Reeves, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Hello, I really hope someone takes a minute to read this and expresses my gratitude to Raul. When I arrived to the dealership on the 17th with a check engine light, Raul was upfront with me and said he was unsure how soon someone would be able to look at the car. When I was about to make arrangements to have the car towed, Raul went to his Service Mgr and was able to get the vehicle in for diagnosis. Going over and beyond to take care of a customer speaks volume. Raul was not only great to deal with, but kept me informed on the process. I'll be bringing my vehicle back to the dealership for future service because of this experience. Thank you Brandon
