Trevor was very helpful with the servicing part and explaining what needed to be done on the car but my vehicle was ready and I wasn’t notified because it seemed like all the personnel had taken off for lunch or were nowhere to be found. I would expect to be notified as soon as my vehicle is ready as I had already waited beyond the provided timeline of an hour and a half. I had to find an available personnel and follow up on my vehicle getting to know that it was ready and was not notified by Trevor. I at least expect my service to be handed off to another personnel and be notified of the case with an update.

Jacob just took a real interest in my situation I had to have a number of things done to my car and I told him I had an appointment coming up in a few hours and And I couldn’t get a driver right away so Jacob brought on someone else David and David drove me home and I thought wow this is going to be down to the wire with my appointment and all of a sudden an hour and 20 minutes later David’s calling me on the phone ready to pick me up downstairs to go get my car. I made my appointment thanks to Jacob and David. A very respectful person this Jacob. Knows his business and he knows how to work with the public and the customer. First rate. Thank you

Trevor was constantly in communication with me walking me through everything that they were going to check and what had been done to the car to make the necessary repairs. It was especially nice that he had even had animated diagrams showing what was wrong with my car leading up to the repairs.
