Norm Reeves and it’s workers always do a job well done. Why should I spend $300 with some shady person when I can just pay $500 at Norm Reeves but get a job done right and with warranty that covers their labor and parts. I always keep going back to my favorite dealership and I have to give Miguel Cabrera a 1000 percent cus he’s the real MVP. He tells me exactly what my car needs and gives me good prices that I can’t beat. I can always depend on Honda to do the job.

I scheduled an oil change online for my 2015 Passat with 38k miles, and I planned to wait during my service. My appointment was at 1pm and I didn’t leave until 330pm. When I checking in, I was told my service would be done at approximately 215pm. At about 245pm, the service department told me I had a puncture in one of the tires and needed a new cabin air filter. I would like to know why a service marketed as ‘express’ took an entire afternoon. Thank you.
