He had me sitting there all day. I didn’t get out of there until after 1:00 pm. I had to look for him at 11:00 as that was the time my car was promised to me. But I didn’t even get an update and he was at lunch at 11:00 and nobody had even looked at my car and I had an appointment and was there at 8:40 am and I was waiting on my car. My whole day was shot behind his inability to communicate with me. Then he gave me my paperwork with with somebody else’s information. Then I didn’t get the tire rotation I paid for

Trevor was very professional. But waiting over 4 hours for an oil change is unresonable, unprofessional, unacceptable and unexcusable. I know it wass busy but honda scheduled way too many cars all at once. Customers shouldn't have to go through that. I had stuff to do and couldn't. Whats the point of making an appt? And the employees have to deal with angry customers. Manager/ coordinator of scheduling appts please do better!!!!! Call me or this review will go on yelp, honda website and Google.

To clarify, my service today was fine. They did a good job with the repair. My issue lies with the fact that when I called to schedule everything a week ago, there person I spoke with in the parts department looked up what I needed and told me the “price” he was supposedly looking at. It was in line with what I had found for the most expensive options if I had purchased the parts myself. The actual price I was charged for the parts was nearly 2.5x HIGHER. I decided to take my car here because of the price I was told. To find out it wasn’t just a little off, but significantly off (and not until AFTER the service was done) was extremely shady and I’m incredibly disappointed. I appreciate what Joseph did, giving me $10 off after I explained this, as he could easily just said to pay the full amount. But I don’t appreciate being lied to by whoever I spoke with in parts (I didn’t make a note of their name during the call). Sorry but this was my first and last visit here.
