The technician had advised to change my cabin air filter and engine filter. Stating they were both extremely dirty. For a fee of $114. That would be great and all IF I hadn’t changed the cabin filter myself only a few months ago!!!. whoever checked out my vehicle was lying. I pointed this out to the representative and we went out and looked at the filter. Lone and behold it was okay. You’ll should be ashamed of yourself and the service you so call provide to your customers.
