Customer service was great. Sandra was great! She was very helpful. But the prices are very expensive compared to other Honda dealers. The same service I received I would have saved over $50 if I would have taken my vehicle to another Honda dealer but I wanted to see what the cost was. Also when I scheduled the service the quoted me another price so I was surprised when my bill was so high.

I have come to expect outstanding service from Norm Reeves Honda‘s service department however this time Christina absolutely went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was in a real bind and in a rush I had to get to the clinic and my car had to be jumpstarted that morning in order for me to drive into Norm Reeves. Christina got me in and out with a new battery in less than an hour. I had no appointment and there were many cars ahead of me but she was able to quickly accommodate me.

Your prices for parts and labor are ridiculously high. Just to replace my rear view camera came out to $600. I will never go back again since my warranty has expired. Your team has been nothing but not helpful with my other concerns with my vehicle. Your service dept is extremely hard to get a hold of, and drop offs are longer wait times than Disneyland. I've bought 2 vehicles from there and I will never go back.

A concern when you purchase tires from Honda to be told you have to make an appointment, no appointment available for a few days. You do not plan to get a flat tire. Driving the freeway with the spare is scary. It was frustrating knowing it does not take much time to change to a new tire. I understood not to get the tire fix right away. After waiting for some time I was able to drop off the car for the day!
