I called and booked an appointment on 10/13 for 9:15 am. I dropped the car on 10/12. On 10/13 at 9:00. I received a call saying my car would be ready by 2pm. When I got there at 4:30 my car was not ready. The sales person kept saying that it would just be a few minutes. By 6pm, my car was not finished. They pulled the car out and the service light was still on and that was the reason I brought the car. 6:15pm, I ask if they could give me a reminder oil change sticker to put on my window. Even though I brought the car in for a basic oil change and to replace the key battery it just turned out to be the worse service experience I ever had by 6:15 the service department sent me outside to wait for my car and they closed their shop and I saw all the workers go home. NOT COOL!
