When I made the appointment I was not told about the $375
My a/c was not working.but I received a letter about the a/c convertor going bad
that it had a 10yr warranty.I dropped the car off Mon night
I called at noon because no one called
I was told somebody called at 730am but my phone records had no such call Julie called at 4pm and said it was not leaking she advised to keep car one more day. Julie called around 1pm and said it was the evaporated
She said it would be $1900to fix and it would be another day
I told Julie no and I got Pep Boys to do it for $1011
It's Julie fault bit your service dept
Called the service three times no callback
Honda has seen my last dollar
