I take my car for an oil change and they rotate my tires and my car was perfectly fine on alignment before now all of a sudden when i step on gas the car pulls to side and i was told i most likely need an alignment, but my issue with this is i bought the car in may and there was no issue with alignment before I actually loved how my car handled and now its almost feeling compared to what id say an itch on your back that you cant scratch its not killing you but it bothers other than that my service writer tony ybarra is an awesome guy and he is good at what he does and my situation id say is isolated situation and i definitely would recommend doing business with them and i probably will be back and do more business unless this happens again than id think otherwise ~Derrick G

Easy to say I had the worst experience I have ever had . No one seemed to know what was going on and there was no communication. I dropped my car off on 10/13 and was quoted a 6 hour wait. Went home and received a text update an hour later that my car was ready, which I thought wasn’t right, so I called to confirm. The first rep that answered the phone was extremely rude responded to my question with attitude, stating, “well if you got a text that says your car’s ready, it’s ready”. So I asked to speak to someone else and was transferred to a dead line. I called back and finally spoke to an associate that was able to confirm the vehicle was in fact not ready. At which time I was advised I’d get a call back when it was ready. Several more hours passed and I received no update. So I call again and get the run around. No one can answer what the status of my car was. Shortly after disconnecting I receive a text stating my car would, in fact, not be ready until the following day and someone would contact me when it was ready the following day. (If I had known I would be without transportation I would have gotten a rental, as I can not be without a car for 2 days). This alone was very frustrating. Then came the following day. I went the whole day without a phone call or update. At 3 I finally call as it has become apparent that no one would be following up with me. The individual that’s answers the phone could not give me an update and suggested I could come down to the dealership to check myself. This left me absolutely dumbfounded. Why someone would recommend I travel all the way down there to check for myself if my vehicle was ready or not when I was on the phone with your company. I have always purchased my cars from this dealer (and family) and do all my services here, but after this visit, I think it’s time I look elsewhere for my vehicle needs. Not to mention the poor workmanship that was performed on my vehicle. There were pieces of rubber trim that was cut, one piece was actually dangling from the front-passenger window. Stains on the fabric and shavings of the plastic frame where the work was done. Needles to say, I was thoroughly disgusted by the service provided.
