On July 26, 2021 I brought my car in because my car was stalling while driving. I left the vehicle overnight because he needed more time to test drive the car. When he called me to pick up the vehicle, he told me that he change a new battery for me even though I did not see it stated in the paper. Monday October 11, 2021, I brought my vehicle in for the 35,000 miles maintenance. Juan Luna was my service advisor. He said everything is good and I just need to change the front brakes. The next day I went to the market and just about when I was going to leave, my vehicle won’t start. I have to call triple AAA to come and jump start my vehicle. The triple AAA technician said that my cranking amp was at 60 and need to be about 600. He told me that I needed a new battery. I was really upset because my kids get out school early on that day at 12:10. It was already 11:30 and triple AAA will not arrive until 1 hour later. My sister was with me and I have to call Uber to come get her and drop off at my kids elementary school. Then, I have to call Uber again to pick up my sister and my kids from elementary school to home. My kids were scared because I was not there to pick them up. My sister arrived at the school 30 minutes after school end. Overall, it was a bad for everyone. After the triple AAA jump start my car, I drive straight to Honda Dealer at West Covina. I have to miss my Tuesday appointment/reservation at the museum with my kids because I have to bring the car back in for check up. Juan Luna (service advisor on Monday)is off on Tuesday so Anthony Sanchez help me out. I told him my situation and reminded him that back in July he told me that he change my battery. So he said sorry and change a new battery this time. He said don’t worry I don’t have to pay because it is under warranty. Here is my summary: I am not worried about paying. I feel like the service advisor at Honda is all good talk but does not live up to their words. When they said that they checked my battery, they should really check it and just not mark the green box (checked and okay). On Monday Juan said my vehicle is about done and should be ready by 1:30pm. Juan called me around 12:00 pm. When I arrived around 1:30, my vehicle is not ready and Juan is out to lunch. The other service advisor called him and said he will be back a few minutes. He was not back until like over 30 minutes later. Anthony Sanchez should not have told me he change my car battery back in July when that did not actually happen. So this is why I am not completely satisfied with the service. I expect better quality service and not a car broke down when you just have it maintain. My time is also valuable and I don’t want to come back for service after service in a row like this. Thank you very much for asking for my comments.

**** was very nice and wrote down all my issues, the guy who gave me the paper work was also very nice and was able to answer all my questions. Service team is wonderful and was able to find out what’s causing the problem unlike other Honda team.

Alex went above and beyond to take care of me! I was in a bind because I needed to get my car fixed, but I needed to get to my final exams at SMU. Because of Alex's dedication to service, he put me into a loaner vehicle and discovered my car was in a worse state than I thought. Alex and the Service Team fixed my Impreza and maintained a competitive rate for the repair! Had I taken it somewhere else, I would have spent more on the repair without the quality. I am buying my next Subaru from Norm Reeves! You're the best!
