I would love to thank Joshua Martinez for all his help. He truly demonstrated what caring for a stranger really is. I know I'm a random customer but he really showed that he cared about my safety and my family. He recommended important services to my honda accord with I appreciated since my Honda is my main vehicle. I definitely appreciate his services and his genuine caring for customers.

I asked for a simple task to be done on my shroud under the car to pin it up but was refused due to the fact of liability and issues that might extend from a customer accusing Honda unnecessary damages they (mechanics) might cause to the customer’s vehicle...I would have been more than willing to sign a release to exonerate myself to do such an action towards Honda... It’s the little things I believe that really makes customer service stand out...but it didn’t happen...
