Was told it’d take 3 Hours tops… I arrived at 9:55am got attended by a rep almost an hour later at 10:41am.
Then took an additional 3.5 hours after , I understand I didn’t have an appointment but at the same time a lack of clear communication doesn’t help from either side. Will probably return once to see if I came on a off day but reluctant to bring my car back here for any services.

I didn’t sense much awareness in creating a covid safe environment. No antibacterial dispenser at any of the service manager desk. Use of used pens. Antibacterial well dispensers empty.
Didn’t sense the service personnel working my repair was very knowledgeable in the vehicle he was quoting repair prices for. Had to ask coworker at another station.
