I was sold a service that included oil change, tire rotation and lubrication of the breaks. After I payed a total of $119 I was told all breaks and tires need urgent replacement. Why am I being charged a service for parts that I will be replacing within the next couple of days? I was sold a $60 service that was not recommended for my car. Recommend more honesty, open communication and transparency with the customers. Even though the service was agreed upon with the customer, if a new situation is identified, clearly communicate the findings and ensure the customer still wishes to go ahead with the service.

I scheduled my service appointment at 930am and waited in an hour line to get my car taken in then, went to go look at cars to possibly trade in my car to upgrade it and you have very minimal cars. I honestly was shocked at your selection and not in a good way. I went back to the waiting room for another two hours before my car was ready. They pulled my car out wet and left it to air dry. I went outside and dried it myself with fast food napkins I had in my glove compartment. Just to finish drying the car myself. Then still had to wait another 20 minutes for processing. And to hear from the manager the oil service is on us, like really? No it’s not! I purchased it with my car and is part of my contract. So I owe nothing! This was the worst service I have had from you guys. I don’t look forward to returning to your company for further service.
