I’m always so grateful that I could count on my Infiniti service representative, Edwin. On Friday I contacted Edwin directly to get my car serviced. Immediately he responded to me and informed me of the recommended work. I said no problem I’ll take it in during my lunch time. I asked for a loaner vehicle because I knew the service would take a t least a few hours. When I arrived Edwin had the paperwork ready for me to sign and be off.
