Came in for a new tire that was to be ordered the day before .After 3 hrs waiting with no contact from service , I made contact with service saying about delivery of tire and it would be a 1/2 he more. . One and a half hour later my car was finished.
Price that I was quoted was over two hundred dollar difference . Finally left with quoted priced paid.

As always, my assigned service tech was knowledgeable and helpful. The new location and customer waiting area however was not satisfactory. There were only a few couches. No tables, no place to use electronic devices, no electrical outlets, no WiFi. The lights were dim until sales staff showed up as turned on lights.
The previous location on 183rd was far more comfortable and customer friendly.
