I wanted to add on per my last message that something is wrong with my insight since I’m only getting 43 MPG when I should be getting 50+ MPG. Mechanic did not find anything during the diagnostic testing, but obviously there is something wrong get approx 15% lower fuel efficiency

I called a month ago about a missing piece on my windshield. It and the four clips for it weren’t in stock, so they ordered it for me. When the parts came in, I made an appt to have it installed. When I showed up, I waited 20 to be helped, despite having an appt, and was told my car should be done within three hours. Three hours later, I miss a call from Honda, saying they have an update. I call back, but don’t get anyone to answer, so I left a message. This happened two more times thought out the day. They called and left a message about an update. I called back and got the voicemail Finally, I get a call at 4pm and am able to answer. Turns out that the shop doesn’t do the work. How did the person who ordered the parts and the service dept not know this?! I wasted an entire day without a car, for nothing. To top it all off, they could have just left that information on my voicemail, rather than calling with an update. Plus, the service desk wasn’t leaving their direct line or extension, so I kept having to call the main service line, which is never picked up. When I picked up my car, I informed the sales managers about my experience. They promised a follow up from the service department. It’s been two days and I haven’t heard anything. Definitely won’t be back.

I will NEVER bring ANY OF my Hondas to this location. I made an APPOINTMENT for 7:40am. I called and called and called the service department call center and they were unable to find my vehicle. I have phone records from ALL of my calls to them. Finally at 5:15pm I was able to get hold of someone from the call center that went the EXTRA MILE to track down my vehicle. Apparently the service department manager went home for the day. She was able to get a hold of him and he went back to the dealership. Tracked down the service advisor that was responsible for my vehicle and they got my van finished in 15 MINUTES!!!!!! After having my van ALL DAY!!!!!! When I went to pick up my van at 5:40 pm the manager was not apologetic. Did not offer an APOLOGY… no reasoning for the lateness of my vehicle being completed…. NOTHING!!!!!! All I brought my vehicle in for was A REPLACEMENT KEY AND REMOTE! They did NOT even program a remote!!!!!! The manager was too busy telling me how much the remote cost. I WAS WELL AWARE OF THE COST!!!!! The excuse for my van being held all day was that it came off the tow truck. The next excuse was that the tow driver only left my name. The next excuse was they didn’t have a phone number. ALL WRONG!!!! I came to Cerritos Honda and checked my van in MYSELF!!!!! I left 4 MESSAGES with the call center for the service advisor!!!!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I LOST A WHOLE DAY OF PAY DUE TO INCOMPETENCE AND ITS NOT OK!!!!! The manager needs to be retrained in customer service. As a 9-1-1 operator we were trained to access the needs and concerns of the customer, this manager DID NOTHING. He stood there and stared at me with a blank stare on his face. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER bring another vehicle to this location, nor will I suggest this facility to anyone. Terrible service and demeaning attitudes toward customers. MY SERVICE EXPERIENCE (first and last service experience here at Cerritos) WAS TRASH AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER CHOSEN THIS LOCATION. And by the way, I didn’t even get what I asked for. I left the service department with a key…. not the remote but just a key. 8 hours in service for a key cut that takes 15 minutes max.
