I am completely satisfied with my service representative as well as with the service itself. What was less than satisfactory was the arrival and check-in process. I arrived about 4 minutes prior to my appointment time. The check-in line was backed up all the way onto the street. This is a huge safety issue. In all…it took me over 30 minutes to get checked in, while my ride waited for me. Then, when I came to pick up my vehicle, the service representative was at lunch and it took 15 minutes for anyone to figure it out and step up to check me out. Seems it should be easy enough to put up a sign that says “out to lunch, will be back at ____. Please see ____ to check out in my absence.”
