I had an 11.00am appointment. I arrived at 10.40am but my minivan service was not completed until 2.15pm. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change? Mitchel Akers the service advisor was very good and I’m sure the work completed was excellent. But 2 1/2 hours for 30 minutes of work makes no sense. What’s the point of appointments if the timing means nothing. My next oil change will be a drive through where I can be in and out in less than 30 mins.
