Mitch was Awesome!!!! And so was Armando. However on Tuesday when Mitch was not scheduled to work, Matt did not follow through and aid me as he should have. Moreover, I called many times and he intentionally ignored my call. Little did the team know, I physically drove to Irvine site and watched everyone's actions. Very disappointed with Matthew's professionalism but so glad Mitch came back Wednesday to assist. FYSA, Matt walks around quite a bit and talks to other service advisors about non work related things. Witnessed it Tuesday and again Wednesday about 12:15PM. Most certainly not familiar with Norm Reeves culture. Thank God for Mitch and Armando.

This is a follow up comments in my service from yesterday. I went back today to have the side mirror control corrected. Arcee came to see me and made sure the matter was resolved.
