Got me in same day for a battery problem and got the car within 2 hours. Had heard finding a battery would be tough but Raul had it stock and did a great job getting me in and out.

Gary had amazing customer service. Was very pleased with how professional and attentive he was. However, the actual service on my car was not what I expected, I asked for an alignment, and paid and it came out worse then how I brought it in.

Cost for the maintenance of our Kona was much less than I was expecting, it was completed faster than estimated (and I expected) and Paul and the rest of the staff were courteous and efficient.

Jessica Johnson was great in customer service. Based on her professionism, I would gladly recommend Norm Reeves Honda, and tell others to go to her. I was really impressed.

This is my first time with the Vista store and had no idea how much the costs were and the pricing. When asked what I needed,I just said an oil change and tire rotation. Next thing you know, the service advisor suggested the B-1 special , and mentioned it included the basic things I came there for. Little did I know that it included extra checks and inspections that I thought was unnecessary especially for a new car like mine. It was very expensive compared to just the service I needed, an oil change and tire rotation. That's all I wanted but yet they "advised" or suggested to me that expensive option. For a new owner, I had no idea what it was or what the price were. It felt like they bamboozled me in opting for the much more expensive service. They were not looking out for my best interest. I just hope they would go over the other options with future customers next time instead of rushing them and suggesting them unnecessary service. I would expect this from other service centers but not from an authorized Honda Dealership and service center. If this is how Norm Reeves Honda Vista treats their clients , then I'm happy to drive all the way to Norm Reeves Huntington Beach to get a better service. In addition to that, they didn't properly put back the glove compartment of my vehicle when I got it back. It fell off and I had to go back to get it fixed. They accommodated me and I thank them for that. Probably a better inspection and attention to detail next time.

I had the car serviced there less than 3 months/& 3,000 miles ago, and the brakes were said to be in excellent condition. It's impossible for them to go bad that fast. My daughter only drives this car to school and a part-time job. I could have had the brakes fixed sooner, and saved some of that expensive cost it costed me yesterday. Thank you.

I didn't like that I arrived early 6:50am for my 7am appt. But didn't leave until 11:06 that's way to long for an oil change, tire rotation and new coolant. In the past when Diego was still employed not sure when he left. I would only wait maybe 2.5 but on average 2hrs so the long slow wait time was the killer.
