When i got the vehicle i found a piece of black plastic cover on the floor driver side. Ask one advisor and he dont know and refer me to parts dept. the lady accompany me to the vehicle and she took had no idea. Upon further looking for where the cover is. I found out its cover for the interior door handle. Maybe the guys should be careful in doing things. Before i have my Odyssey service found out later they damage the inside compartment door and the damage part inside it. Been client since 2007 and i got 5 honda vehicle with me all service by honda.

I would prefer her to be my service manager because she actually cares, keeps me informed. She is not apathetic or condescending which is what I see in the others. I have been correct twice that my tire had a nail, yet twice was told that the pressure alert was simply due to weather ( like we have extreme weather here). I have been driving longer than most of them have been alive.
