I really appreciated the way Chris took care of me and treated me. Most times I do not get treated well being a woman and he listened to and took care of my needs without being disrespectful. I’ll be back.

Miguel, it is the first time visiting Honda Cerritos in more than 20 years that my needs were not met. I specifically told you that my service minder for A service was on. I needed and oil change and nothing else. I reiterated that twice and told you I had the coupon for the oil change that is always offered on your website for the service department. You were made aware that I did not want any extras or added services for the oil change. You did not listen, and went ahead and added service A1 that includes more extras and ultimately costing more money. You did not fulfill my request or my needs and you totally upsell the array of services you provide. I am very dissatisfied that I was not heard and you completely dismissed my concerns.
